- It detects clogging in the backwash-type special filter and automatically cleans the filter to regenerate it. The backwash dirty liquid generated during this process is separated by sedimentation in a sedimentation layer, and only the solid matter is discharged outside the tank using GUC. - It significantly reduces maintenance costs (costs for coolant liquid purchase, filter purchase, labor, and waste disposal) by extending the lifespan of the coolant liquid and dramatically decreasing the usage of cartridge filters and bag filters. - With precise filtration at 5μm and complete total filtration, it dramatically improves processing accuracy and yield. - Since it can handle a relatively large processing volume, it is suitable for multiple simple centralized filtration systems.
