The Nikuni liquid-sealed (water-sealed) vacuum pump is a liquid-sealed (water-sealed) vacuum pump that excels in safety and economy. ■ Safety The pump performs gas suction and compression by the movement of water in each cell of the impeller, so there is no issue with transporting gases that contain water or water vapor. There is no metal contact inside the pump, and it is completely sealed by a liquid film, resulting in no leakage. This makes it suitable for the suction and compression of explosive or highly corrosive gases. ■ Economy We have pursued economy through a high-efficiency design, significantly reducing power consumption. (Energy savings of 30% compared to two-stage pumps are possible.)
