The Microbubble Generator (MBG) is a device that generates fine bubbles, which is currently a hot topic. It can produce a large quantity of microbubbles with a diameter of about 20μ efficiently, without the need for compressors, line mixers (static mixers), or large pressurized dissolution tanks. It is effective in the pretreatment process for ultra-pure water production in semiconductor and LCD factories, the removal of grease from food factory and kitchen wastewater, the cleaning of washing tools, and pressurized flotation treatment for general industrial use. The Microbubble Generator (MBG) is equipped with Nikuni's original vortex turbo mixer (KTM). The vortex turbo mixer (KTM) automatically draws air from the atmosphere and can stir/mix/dissolve internally. Fine bubbles are generated using this vortex turbo mixer (KTM).
