It is used in the cleaning processes of semiconductor and LCD manufacturing, where pure water is used instead of solvents like Freon. It features a full panel design suitable for clean rooms and can be connected to cleaning equipment for remote operation. 【Specifications】 ○ The heater element and liquid-contact parts are treated with electrolytic polishing to suppress the leaching of impurities into the pure water. ○ Compared to heating devices using quartz heaters and quartz tanks, it is robust and achieves significant cost reduction. ○ Four casters (with adjustable bolts) make it easy to move for installation, maintenance, and regular inspections.
