basic information

Quartz heaters emit mid-infrared radiation with a peak wavelength of 1.5 to 5.6 μm (shorter than the 3 to 6 μm of ceramic heaters) and quickly reach the operating temperature after being powered on. They are used for infrared heating similar to ceramic heaters, but are particularly utilized in processes that require rapid heating, taking advantage of their short startup time after being energized. A distance of approximately 100 to 200 mm to the heated object is recommended. The main body is incorporated into a reflector made of aluminum-coated steel with high reflectivity. Two standard sizes are available (247 × 62.5 × 22 mm, 124 × 62.5 × 22 mm).

Since our establishment in 1924, we have been dedicated to the manufacturing of electric heaters. We have assisted in heating processes across various fields. Our heaters play a crucial role in the manufacturing processes of everyday items such as banknotes, tobacco, clothing, bags, glasses, watches, and home appliances, often in unseen areas. From small water heaters to aircraft, shipbuilding, and vehicles, we are widely recognized as industrial heaters in sectors including food, rubber, plastics, chemical plants, and nuclear energy. Following our founding president's receipt of the Order of the Sacred Treasure, Fifth Class, our former president also received the Yellow Ribbon Medal and the Order of the Rising Sun, Second Class, marking the first time in the industry that two consecutive presidents have been honored. We are grateful to all who use our heaters for this recognition. With our long experience and new technologies, we aim to continue producing high-quality electric heating products, and we appreciate your guidance in this endeavor.
