Despite the high watt density and thin wire diameter, the element can also stretch and contract to match the shape and length of the heated object when used individually.
If there are restrictions on the installation space, using the spike system allows for a closer fit in a smaller space compared to clamp types, as it has no protrusions. Please refer to the catalog for an overview.
basic information
This is an electric heater with a high watt density and a thin wire diameter, which is coiled, allowing it to be adapted to the shape and length of the object being heated. However, molding is limited to one time only. There are also types with built-in thermocouples in the elements (excluding the thin wire diameter UWRPF 1.3×2.3), as well as those with clamp bands and cast types. Additionally, by utilizing a spike system, it can be made easier and more compact (without tightening screws) to adhere closely. (Please specify when ordering.) We also offer various types of lead wires beyond the standard options, so please specify your preference.
