The "PROTO-A800B" is a vertical pillow packaging machine that accommodates a variety of film types with a focus on hygiene by extensively using stainless steel in its construction. It employs a dual-axis servo motor drive system for the top seal, allowing for precise adjustments of pressure, time, and temperature. The center seal can be adjusted for tension via a touch panel, enabling tight packaging with meticulous operation, and it is also possible to adjust the waist tightening during operation. Our standard pillow packaging machine can package a variety of products, including food, daily necessities, pharmaceuticals, and industrial products, regardless of whether trays are used. This allows for efficient and flexible packaging that can accommodate a wide range of products.

Usage example: In the case of bread packaging When French bread, croissants, anpan, scones, Danish pastries, and yakisoba bread are randomly placed on the conveyor without worrying about their length or order, they can be packaged in bags of optimal length for each type of bread. (The same film width is required.)
