By adopting thermal spraying on the contact surface of the lip seal of rotating machinery components, the lifespan of the parts is increased!

We would like to introduce a case where worn parts were entrusted to us, and SUS thermal spraying was performed on the bearing section, while ceramic thermal spraying was done on the seal section. The customer faced the challenge of having to stop the equipment and replace parts due to wear on the sealing surfaces and bearing sections, and purchasing from the manufacturer resulted in high costs for individual parts.
