[Custom-made Specialized Equipment Manufacturing Case] Tee-up Device
Bridge prevention measures! Introduction of a case study on the manufacturing of an automatic tee-up device for golf balls.
We would like to introduce a case where a "tee-up device" for golf balls was delivered to an indoor golf school. It was necessary to implement measures to prevent the balls from bridging in the ball supply section, and there was a desire to lower the height of the device and increase the protrusion from the floor, allowing for tee-up via external signals. To prevent bridging in the ball supply section, we implemented anti-bridging measures, and when it seemed that two balls might be supplied, an alarm was triggered to avoid this. Additionally, we made it easy to change controls via PLC. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Issues - Measures are needed to prevent the balls from bridging in the ball supply section. - We want to lower the height of the device and increase the protrusion from the floor. - We want to enable tee-up via external signals. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
