We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a device for machining the tip shape of pipes. We attempted to replace the existing machine due to aging and malfunction, but the previous manufacturer had gone out of business, and there were no companies available to produce it. We hoped to manufacture an equivalent product that would allow for machining. We substituted discontinued purchased items with new ones without compromising functionality. We referenced the existing machine to satisfy the required functions, created drawings, and proceeded with manufacturing.
