[Maintenance Case] On-site Repair of Lining Tank

Introducing a maintenance case of a tank that became reusable by being stopped with welding!

We would like to introduce a maintenance case of a lining tank that we conducted. We received a report from the user that during a leak test on a tank delivered about 15 years ago, a tear had occurred, and we carried out repairs. The tank was successfully made reusable, but considering the 15 years of aging, we plan to update the tank in the near future. 【Case Overview】 ■ Issue: A float and tear occurred in an area of approximately 600×350 ■ Proposal: Place a larger sheet on top and weld the edges ■ Result: The tank became reusable, but we plan to update the tank *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
