Fiber Lubricant – Improves Smoothness of Cotton and Blended Yarns for Better Weaving Performance!
Fiber Lubricant When applied to cheeses of cotton and cotton-blended yarns, this lubricant imparts excellent smoothness and enhances weaving performance. It can be used alone for oiling treatment or in combination with various sizing agents such as starch or PVA for sizing processes. Our unique emulsification technology ensures uniform oil adhesion to both the inner and outer layers of the cheese, preventing uneven lubrication. Furthermore, it can be used over a wide temperature range (60–90 °C), improving overall workability.

Due to its stable emulsification during dissolution, oil uniformly adheres to both the inner and outer layers of the yarn cheese. Representative Products: Arowax NEW-13 Provides excellent smoothness even for fine-count yarns, preventing fluff generation and yarn breakage during weaving. A versatile fiber lubricant suitable for a wide range of processing conditions. Arowax S-11 While conventional lubricants are typically used around 80 °C, this product can also be applied at lower temperatures (around 60 °C), significantly improving work efficiency. Various grades are available to meet customer requirements and yarn specifications.
