The vibrating sieve consists of three main components: the vibrating part, the base, and the vibration-absorbing springs. The basic principle involves a special vibration motor shaft of the driving electric motor, to which unbalanced weights are attached at both ends, generating a complex three-dimensional motion (horizontal, vertical, and inclined) in circular and elliptical patterns. This motion is transmitted to the sieve surface, allowing for efficient classification of raw materials. Additionally, by attaching auxiliary weights to the lower weight, the vertical motion is enhanced, preventing the clogging of the wire mesh. The flow of raw materials on the sieve surface can be freely adjusted by changing the phase angle of the weights.
