Laser diffraction and scattering method particle size distribution measurement device
Wet and dry flexible one-touch exchangeable! Particle size distribution measurement device.
The three-channel laser scattering light detection system (same wavelength: 780nm) can measure ultra-fine to coarse particles (0.02 to 2,000μm) in a single range. 【Features】 ■ Compatible with aqueous and organic solvent systems ■ Ultrasonic dispersion function can be added as an option ■ Supports from very small to large volumes ■ Easy to switch between dry and wet methods ■ Capable of determining grinding conditions, measuring food mixtures, and measuring/comparing various materials
basic information
**Composition** - Optical table, sample supply unit, control computer The supply unit is selected according to the characteristics of the sample, allowing measurements under appropriate conditions. - The sample circulator can prepare small amounts (approximately 25ml) to large amounts (approximately 4L). - The sample feeder can be selected from automatic type, electromagnetic feeder, or auto-sampler. **Principle** When laser light is irradiated onto particles, the scattered light's particle size information is detected by the detector, and the particle size distribution is determined through computational processing. Coarse particles are measured from information scattered at sharp angles, fine particles from information scattered at high angles, and ultrafine particles from information scattered at the rear.
