This is a depth-type melt-blown filter made of PP, created using innovative melt-blown technology. It features a three-layer density gradient and achieves a high capture efficiency while eliminating the center core, resulting in less than one-third the pressure loss of conventional melt-blown filters. Since the manufacturing process does not use any additives or binders, it can be safely used in the production lines of pharmaceuticals and food. The filter focuses on surface and edge treatment, ensuring a structure that prevents media fiber detachment, leakage, and shortcut phenomena.
