The "HYGIENIC CUPLA" is a quick connect fluid coupling of the easy-wash type. No tools are required, allowing all parts to be quickly disassembled, and with fewer components, cleaning is simple. The connection operation involves linking the plug and socket and applying the "safety lock," enabling a single operator to make the connection. Additionally, stainless steel equivalent to "SUS316L" is used for the parts in contact with the fluid. It is processed with buffing (#400) to prevent bacterial growth (electropolishing available), which suppresses material degradation with superior corrosion resistance.
