Quick Connect Couplings for Refrigerant Charging and Air Evacuation – Maintains vacuum even when plug or socket is used alone.

"SP-V Coupler Type A" is a quick connect fluid coupling designed for vacuum applications. It features an automatic open/close valve with an excellent sealing structure developed for refrigerant charging and vacuum drawing. Even when disconnected, both the socket and plug remain sealed, accommodating a wide range of vacuum drawing applications up to a vacuum level of 1.3×10⁻¹ Pa (equivalent to 1×10⁻³ mmHg). Additionally, to support manufacturing lines for air conditioners and refrigerators (charging, vacuum drawing, inspection), we offer three types of sealing materials. Features: ■ Improved durability through stress analysis and revision of packing shape ■ Adoption of a straight guide to enhance valve return stability (PAT) ■ Enhanced airtightness with a double seal structure (1/4, 3/8 sizes) ■ Standardization of three types of sealing materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
