The DTM10/DTM45 are screw fastening monitors designed for use with delvo Brushless Type C Series. They convert the motor current to torque value at torque-up, enabling judgment of output torque (converted value) and pass/fail evaluation of screw fastening time. Data can be sent to external devices such as PCs or PLCs, and free dedicated software is available on our website. How to measure output torque (converted value): 1. Configure the communication settings for Screw Fastening Monitor and Torque Checker. 2. Measure the torque conversion factor for each channel. 3. Set output torque judgment values and fastening time upper/lower limits for each channel as needed. 4. Measure torque using the Torque Checker and check for any differences in the values between the software display and the Torque Checker. 5. Perform pass/fail judgment based on output torque (converted value) and fastening time. 6. Fastening data logs can be reviewed.
