Small-Diameter Flow Monitor - Check the Flow at a Glance
Suitable for piping around molding machines even in tight space! The Flow Vane (plastic part) can be replaced independently, which contributes to cost reduction.
Model FMC-25-1F/FMC-25-2F are replaceable Flow Vane Type. Small diameter type has been newly added to the lineup! Small diameter type supports lower flow rate (0.6 to 6 L/min) compared to conventional models. Fluid flow from low flow rate can be visually checked with the rotating two-colored impeller. This products can be piped in tight space since molds are becoming smaller. As with the conventional models, Flow Vane ASSY, common to Rc 1/8 and Rc 1/4, can be replaced without removing it from the piping. We also offer FLOW METER model FM-03-B with a special valve designed for mold cooling lines, ensuring stable and accurate coolant flow rate. Features - Fluid flow from low flow rate (0.6 L/min) can be visually checked with the rotating two-colored impeller. - Flow Vane ASSY, common to Rc 1/8 and Rc 1/4, can be replaced without removing it from the piping. - The stopper prevents unintended removal of the plastic parts. - Installation and replacement is easy since one side of the screw part rotates freely to the left and right. *For more details, please refer to the PDF catalog or feel free to contact us.
