Nitto Kohki's electric driver "Brushless Delvo" introduces a low torque type!
The "Brushless Delvo" is a variable-speed electric driver equipped with a brushless motor. We have added a long-awaited low-torque type to our lineup. With a total length of 262mm and a body weight of 550g, it achieves a compact and lightweight design. 【Features of the S Series (DLV10S/17S/20S)】 The rotation speed level can be adjusted in 9 stages, allowing for a maximum of 3 stages of variable speed, accommodating a wide range of screw fastening conditions. Additionally, it incorporates functions from our screw fastening counter, such as setting and measuring the number of screws to be fastened and the fastening time (upper and lower limits). This contributes to space-saving and reduced environmental impact. 【Features of the A Series (DLV10A/17A/20A)】 By using high-strength resin, we have achieved excellent robustness and durability. Furthermore, by controlling the motor's starting current, unnecessary heat generation is suppressed. To prevent changes in torque settings due to accidental operations during work, a torque adjustment ring cover is installed. We have also added an SPC type that can be connected to the screw fastening counter to our lineup.
