This is a protective method for residential foundations that combines elastic mortar and silicone paint, offering high weather resistance, low pollution, and excellent crack-following properties.

By preventing fine cracks and surface contamination of the foundation, which have been issues in residential foundation finishing, and by suppressing the neutralization of the foundation concrete, we can enhance the durability of the foundation. Conventional foundation finishing involved using mortar brushing to eliminate the jump lines, pinholes, and step differences in the poured foundation concrete, in order to improve aesthetics. However, mortar brushing cannot suppress the neutralization of the foundation concrete or prevent fine cracks (hairline cracks) caused by drying shrinkage. Furthermore, cracks can occur in the mortar itself, and it is currently observed that moisture is being drawn up from the ground, causing staining. Additionally, the finishing of conventional cloth foundations was monotonous with brush finishes. House shoes allow for a variety of finishes that match the exterior walls, using different patterns with trowels or rollers and four colors of topcoat.
