The frame substrate automatic inspection device 'NS-251L' is an ON-LINE type open/short inspection machine compatible with frame-shaped substrates such as BGA/CSP. By equipping the inspection section with a pitch feeding mechanism, it enables both segmented and bulk inspections. The mode settings can be changed according to the shape of the substrate, providing excellent operability. The supply section has 2 stations and can accommodate a total of 1000 substrates.
