It enables high-precision pneumatic control with a sensitivity of 0.1% F.S. and repeatability of ±0.1% F.S., and exhibits excellent relief characteristics, pressure characteristics, and flow characteristics. In particular, the minimum relief pressure (relief sensitivity) is outstanding at 0.03 kPa (theoretical calculation value), making it ideal for applications such as tension control and air balance.
