The RS·M/S series of precision regulators driven by stepping motors can change the set pressure slightly and reliably with just one step of drive, thanks to the 5-phase stepping motor drive. By using microstepping drive, it is possible to achieve a high resolution setting with a pressure resolution of less than 0.1 kPa. After setting the pressure, it maintains the set pressure accurately for a long period. There is almost no pressure drop after setting.
