The inspection pitch can be set arbitrarily from 0.1 to 2.0 mm! The NG shooter is installed on the right side of the device.
The "Pulley Ultrasonic Testing Device" is a machine that automatically detects defects in the pulley friction welding area. It automatically inspects the workpiece set by the operator and determines whether it is OK or NG. A heater and a concentration meter for concentration management are installed in the water tank.
