The "ultrasonic scanning device" is an automatic ultrasonic flaw detection device that detects defects within the target work using full immersion and records data and processes images in real time. The inspection processes ultrasonic signals based on positional information, displaying the location and shape of defects on the monitor in plan and cross-sectional views. It can be used for various inspections, including internal defects, wall thickness measurement, weld joints, and internal and joint inspections of spatter materials and target materials. The inspection result images can be processed with color displays according to the evaluation method.
