The "Piston Pin Lip Area Eddy Current Testing Device" is a device that detects surface open defects in the lip area and pin hole area of the piston using the eddy current testing method. Eddy current inspection performs OK/NG judgment based on the threshold specified by your company, and the inspection data is automatically saved in the computer (file extension: CSV). If the inspection result is OK, the piston is discharged onto the OK work conveyor, and if it is NG, the NG work conveyor extends out, and the workpiece is placed there. 【Inspection Specifications】 ■ Targets defects of 0.2 to 0.3 mm or larger ■ The inspection of the lip area involves rotating the piston while scanning the eddy current probe to match the shape of the lip area ■ The inspection of the pin hole area involves rotating a shaft with a mounted probe to move the probe and inspect the entire surface of the pin hole ■ The inspection results are displayed on the inspection monitor in a map format, and pass/fail judgment is made based on the settings *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
