The Shields series is a fluorine-based clear coat agent that excels in contamination/damage prevention and corrosion resistance. We will provide the Shields series, which is sold as a paid sample, free of charge to those who contact us with feedback on the initial evaluation by the end of April 2024. It is resistant to water-based and oil-based stains, making it difficult for them to adhere and easy to wipe off, thus exhibiting excellent stain resistance. Additionally, it has very high chemical resistance to organic solvents, acids, and alkalis. With a primer-less (one coat) application, it has high adhesion to various types of metals and resins. It is also compatible with aluminum, SUS, and plated products. There is a lineup for tack-free time (touch dry) of 5 to 30 minutes at room temperature, curing at 70 to 80°C, and curing at 120 to 150°C, among others.
