At this SEMICON Japan, we will showcase our "Low Dust Grease" and "Ultra Low Outgassing Grease." The "Low Dust Grease" generates fewer particles from the grease itself. It has obtained Cleanroom Suitable Materials (CSM) certification from the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany, and is recognized as a cleanroom-compatible material. The "Ultra Low Outgassing Grease" reduces outgassing from the grease by over 98% compared to market-standard products.
