Electric actuator "Rotary type"
Recommended for applying adhesive to cylinders and inspecting the appearance of cylinder surfaces! An electric rotary actuator that achieves infinite rotation while holding the workpiece.
The electric actuator "Rotary Type" is an effective rotary actuator for workpiece rotation, such as applying adhesive to cylinders, flipping workpieces over, and inspecting the appearance of cylindrical surfaces. It features a slim shape that is easy to install at the tip of a single-axis actuator (with a cross-sectional area reduction of over 65%). It employs a stepping motor equipped with a high-precision reduction gear as standard, enabling high-speed and high-precision rotation and reversal during PP transport. Additionally, it has a built-in rotary joint, which prevents interference and twisting of air tubes even when rotating air equipment (such as chucks and cylinders), making piping very simple. It is widely used in FA equipment for tasks such as switching the orientation of circuit boards and assembling connectors. We have also published numerous usage examples, so please take a look. 【Features】 ■ Achieves compact size and high rigidity ■ Over ten times the allowable bending moment compared to conventional products of the same size ■ Cross-sectional area reduced by over 65% while maintaining equivalent performance to conventional products ■ Built-in rotary joint for easy piping routing *Please consult us if you plan to use it in a vacuum. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
