[Image Processing Inspection Example] Automatic Inspection of 0.01mm Fine Wires

Case study of wire bending and burr inspection! Successful automation of inspections that were previously determined by the human eye using a microscope.

We would like to introduce a case study on "automated inspection of 0.01mm fine wires" conducted by our company. This inspection involves bending tests and burr detection of wires that are thinner than a human hair (0.01mm). The inspection is performed with a detection accuracy of 4μ (0.004mm). For reference, human hair is said to be between 50 and 100μ in thickness. Additionally, the detection of burrs that occur on the wire is processed simultaneously. 【Case Overview】 ■ Bending inspection and burr detection of wires thinner than a human hair (0.01mm) ■ Inspected with a detection accuracy of 4μ (0.004mm) ■ Simultaneous processing of burr detection occurring on the wire ■ Successful automation of inspections that were previously determined by human eyes using a microscope *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
