We would like to introduce Nomura DS's "Reduction of Setup Time and Improvement of Production Efficiency." At Nomura DS, we have adopted the "tool presetting method," which allows tools to be set outside the machine. Using a device called a tool presetter equipped with a microscope, we set the tools in the tool holder and make adjustments before attaching them to the machine. By performing tool adjustments outside the narrow confines of the machine, we improve workability, allowing anyone to easily set tools even during machining.
