At NOMURADS, the base (BED) of the machine is made of a single cast piece, which supports the several hundred kilograms of the tool holder and absorbs vibrations throughout the entire base (BED). This is to prevent vibrations when machining hard materials such as difficult-to-cut materials. Recently, there has been a trend towards models that significantly cut one side of the base (BED).
