Punching metal minus hole screen
Processing is possible up to a maximum of 166% (with a plate thickness of 2mm and a hole diameter of 1.2mm)! We have opened a "vent hole" to the limit of thickness.
The "Negative Hole Screen" is suitable for applications such as granulators and crushers. Until now, the "punching process" for stainless materials has generally been limited to a plate thickness of 80% to 100% of the hole diameter, but our company has succeeded in manufacturing products with a plate thickness greater than the hole diameter (negative holes). Processing is possible up to a maximum of 166% (1.2mm hole diameter with a 2mm plate thickness).
