For test and measurement applications that require completely sealed cabinets, nVent SCHROFF offers an affordable cooling solution with new LHX + 5kW and 10kW air/water heat exchangers that include a control unit. The control unit, tailored to the Varistar cabinet platform, ensures optimal temperature regulation.

• Integration of heat exchangers with integrated fans: By replacing the heat exchanger with two fans, cooling performance can be upgraded from 5kW to 10kW. • Hot-swap capability: EC fans with speed control can be maintained without tools and can be replaced during continuous operation. • Space-saving: Utilizes a base area of 600W x 800D per cabinet. • Precision control: Controller with an accurate temperature adjustment precision of +/- 0.1°C. • Increased productivity and safety: Direct control of the heat exchanger in the cabinet via the door display. Remote access control is also possible via EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, or Profibus. Access to a web server is optional.
