Lecture Report: Women's Contributions in the Field of Logistics
Explaining why female managers are necessary and the barriers to women aspiring to managerial positions!
On February 16, 2024, I participated in the hybrid event: CRE Forum, the 100th commemorative symposium on "The Role of Women in the Logistics Field," and I would like to report on its content. The empowerment of women literally means enabling women to thrive, but it does not necessarily refer to women aiming for or becoming managers.
