[Case Study] Dew Point Measurement of Gas Inside a Cylinder

Introduction of cases where dew point measurements were conducted for N2, O2, Ar, H2, He, SF6, etc.

We will introduce a case where we implemented a "dew point meter" to measure the moisture contained in gases such as gas and air, and conducted dew point measurements of gases in cylinders (N2, O2, Ar, H2, He, SF6, etc.). We measure the dew point temperature of gases filled in general industrial gas cylinders. For example, if the moisture content in Ar gas used for argon welding is high, the risk of oxidation on the welding surface increases, so it must be below a certain moisture level. In environments where industrial gases are used, if moisture contamination occurs, it can adversely affect product quality. Therefore, we measure the dew point temperature of the gas in the cylinder to confirm the gas quality.
