**Features** - The latest model atomizer is equipped with an M-type disk, allowing for the production of spherical granules with good fluidity. - It produces granules with a sharp particle size distribution. - The amount of adhesion on the flight path is reduced. - Average particle size can be adjusted. - High recovery rate: The adoption of a low-cap method (patented) increases the recovery rate of the granulated product from the bottom of the main body. - Prevention of contamination: A high-performance hot air filter is standard equipment. Positive pressure operation is possible within the drying chamber. - Easy to clean: The hot air ejection device can be disassembled for cleaning. The corners of the drying chamber are processed to be rounded. - Standard equipped with a bag filter: Increases the collection rate of fine particles, preventing pollution with clean exhaust. - Easy and reliable operation: Hot air is automatically temperature controlled to within ±0.5% of the set value (instrument accuracy). Its compact design makes operation easy. A wide range of operating conditions can be selected, ensuring reliable reproducibility.
