GASTEM is a system that primarily uses an instant cooling device to treat exhaust gases generated from general waste incinerators and industrial waste incinerators. It combines harmful gas removal devices and dust collection devices to adsorb and recover dioxins and other harmful substances from various exhaust gases, ensuring that emissions are below regulatory limits. In particular, the instant cooling tower incorporates liquid atomization and drying technology (spray & dry), enabling complete evaporation of the sprayed liquid, prevention of fly ash adhesion, and uniform exhaust gas temperature, which allows for stable continuous operation. 【Features】 ○ By controlling the exhaust gas cooling temperature to below 200°C, the adsorption efficiency of subsequent adsorbents such as activated carbon and quicklime is improved, ensuring effective dust collection with bag filters and others. ○ Instant cooling of exhaust gas suppresses the reformation of dioxins. It can cool from a high temperature range (900°C to 300°C) to a low temperature range (200°C to 150°C) within one second. ○ By adopting a pressurized two-fluid nozzle system, optimal atomization of cooling water is consistently achieved. ○ It easily adapts to fluctuations in the temperature and volume of incinerator exhaust gas, preventing the cooling tower from getting wet and reducing dust adhesion, which simplifies maintenance. ○ The gas system responds to improvements and stability in the performance of conventional dioxin removal devices.
