The key point in dioxin countermeasures is to instantaneously cool high-temperature exhaust gases to below 200°C. The nozzle must be capable of "allowing for the complete evaporation of water droplets in the cooling tower" and "creating fine droplets of less than 100 microns." This is only possible with a high gas-to-liquid ratio two-phase nozzle. 【Features】 ○ Can spray from regular water to reclaimed water, soil infiltration water, drainage, solutions, and slurries. ○ Atomizes droplets to approximately 50μm using SMD. ○ Uses low-pressure air below 40kPa (can be supported by a blower). ○ More energy-efficient than a two-fluid nozzle (compressor type). (Power consumption is 1/2 to 1/3 compared to a two-fluid nozzle.) ○ Resistant to corrosion.
