Features ○ Uniform molded products can be obtained in the micron molecular range during the synthesis of other component systems. ○ Extremely small amounts of components can be uniformly injected and dispersed as raw materials. ○ Compared to powder synthesis methods, there is less mechanical contamination from foreign substances. ○ High surface activity and easy to sinter. ○ The core tube is made of special ceramics, with indirect heating by electric heaters. ○ Operation at a core temperature of approximately 900°C is possible (with automatic temperature rise and adjustment). ○ High-temperature spraying of solutions and slurries is possible with a special two-fluid nozzle. ○ Compact equipment.
