Every year, companies that exhibit 3 to 4 times purchase booth materials. This is because they handle everything from delivery to construction and dismantling themselves for each exhibition. They thought that if they are paying several hundred thousand yen to a construction company for each exhibition, it would be more cost-effective to own the materials and have their employees assemble them, thus reducing the construction costs for subsequent exhibitions. Of course, there is the hassle of delivery, assembly, and dismantling, but if a company has space to store the materials, owns a vehicle for delivery, and has employees who can handle assembly and dismantling, it is certainly feasible. By purchasing materials for 2 small booths (3×6m), it is possible to exhibit in 1 small booth (3×3m), and the materials can accommodate corner booths as well as booths with one open side. Furthermore, this exhibitor divided the wall materials into two parts to make them transportable in vehicles like minivans, ensuring that the longest material is less than 1.5m. As a result, while there will be some assembly work on-site, it has become easier to handle during transportation and storage.
