The logistics system showroom "LUX" is now open, and regular tours for corporations have begun.
Okamura Corporation will begin holding regular guided tours for corporate clients at its logistics system showroom "LUX" starting in July 2021. The logistics system showroom "LUX" was established in July 2020 within the Fuji Plant (Gotemba City, Shizuoka Prefecture), which is the production base for logistics system equipment, making it Okamura's first showroom dedicated solely to logistics systems. It is a creative, experiential showroom where visitors can view the main products of Okamura's logistics systems, experience actual operational demonstrations, and discover new solutions. The showroom will cater to customer requests such as wanting to reference model selection, verify workability and capacity, check product scale, and grasp operational images, serving as a venue for resolving questions and generating ideas for challenges before implementation. To make it widely accessible to customers considering the introduction of logistics systems, regular guided tours will be held once a month starting in July 2021. These will take place on the third Friday of each month, divided into two sessions in the morning and afternoon, with a set capacity for each session. Registrations will be accepted through the Okamura website.
