We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "CybiStar II" at the Gifu Kitakata Factory of Premium Water Chubu Co., Ltd. The company faced the challenge of wanting to increase production capacity and efficiency by introducing a new manufacturing method for PET bottles due to the establishment of a new factory. By creating a new buffer storage area utilizing CybiStar II, the cycle time of the high-capacity new PET bottle molding machine was secured, resulting in a 25% increase in production capacity per line.
