[Delivery Case of Rotary Rack H] Shiseido Japan Co., Ltd.

Introducing a case where we responded to peak fluctuations with half the usual number of staff! We achieved efficiency and leveling of operations.

We would like to introduce a case where Shiseido Japan Co., Ltd. Kyushu Product Center has implemented our "Rotary Rack H." At the existing facility, workers were picking products by pulling carts to retrieve items from the shelves, which posed challenges for improving the working environment. Additionally, there were significant fluctuations in logistics due to seasonal changes, making it difficult to manage employee shifts alone. With the move to a new facility, we introduced the "Rotary Rack H" aiming for GTP operation and high processing capacity. In addition to inbound and outbound operations, we reduced the inspection process, which previously required two rounds, to one during picking, allowing us to operate without compromising shipping accuracy. [Challenges] - Cosmetics are very delicate products, including their packaging, requiring high-quality operations. - High shipping accuracy is necessary to deliver orders without mistakes. - Long walking distances due to cart picking impose a significant burden on workers. - Human-dependent tasks such as searching for products due to seasonal location changes. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.*
