Are you managing the airflow in the cleanroom? I believe that at the beginning of factory operations, the airflow direction was determined by adjusting the supply and exhaust air volumes. However, over time, it may not have been maintained due to filter clogging or changes in equipment. The differential pressure controller 'PEC-X2' maintains the airflow direction over the long term by controlling the differential pressure between rooms. Controlling the supply and exhaust air volumes with dampers means that when it can no longer be controlled, it is truly time for maintenance. By issuing an alarm at this timing, it can lead to longer filter life and reduced maintenance costs.
