Okaya Seiritsu Industry Co., Ltd. has concluded a contract to receive technology transfer related to electric actuators for dampers, including technical information and manufacturing know-how, from Matsushima Mejatech Co., Ltd. Based on this contract, we aim to start shipments in 2027 and will first prepare for the production of equivalent products to the electric actuators for dampers (this product) currently manufactured and sold by Matsushima Mejatech Co., Ltd. This product is an all-in-one electric rotary actuator for damper opening and closing, equipped with all the functions necessary for damper control.
