One-stop service for cutting tools
From new product manufacturing to customer-specific custom orders, regrinding and recoating, remanufacturing (remake, reuse), and purchasing waste carbide materials, we propose cost reduction in cutting processes through our comprehensive "one-stop service for cutting tools." Our regrinding aims not just to sharpen the blades but to "regenerate" them to be as good as new or even better. Typically, the lead time is one week for regrinding only and two weeks for regrinding plus recoating. Coatings are meticulously managed in a dedicated coating facility, offering about 30 types of coatings, including DLC, TiAlN, and TiN. We also have a rich lineup of our own products with various blade shapes, such as end mills, radius end mills, and ball end mills, tailored to the workpiece materials.
