FEP/PFA Coated Thermocouple Molded Type
A technique for welding φ0.025 wire! Mold processing using Teflon material allows for measurement in areas requiring underwater or electrical insulation.
Fluororesin-coated fine-diameter thermocouples are thermocouples insulated with fluororesin on fine-diameter thermocouple wires. There are types with exposed temperature measurement contact points and types insulated with fluororesin or silicone rubber. The minimum outer diameter after fluororesin coating is about 0.1 mm, making it suitable for temperature measurement in extremely narrow spaces. The resin-molded type is airtight and has excellent corrosion resistance. The exposed tip type is suitable for measuring gas temperatures or solid surface temperatures, while the resin-molded type is appropriate for measurements in water or in locations requiring electrical insulation. 【Features】 ■ Technology for welding φ0.025 fine wire (EXS Nano Type) ■ Mold processing using Teflon material ■ Capable of measurements in water or in locations requiring electrical insulation ■ Mold with the same outer diameter as the sheath allows for smooth installation even in narrow spaces *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
