We build product quality from the design stage. - By establishing design rules that consider quality and productivity, we achieve quality assurance during the design phase. Additionally, we conduct design reviews after the production of prototypes to identify potential risks during mass production in advance and provide feedback for mass manufacturing, thereby maintaining stable product supply.

Case 1 - Conducted transmission line analysis (SI) and confirmed that using general material (FR-4) instead of low dielectric material (FR-5) is acceptable, achieving cost reduction while maintaining quality. Case 2 - Conducted thermal analysis and found that the heat dissipation measures for heat-generating components were insufficient with the standard substrate specifications. Re-evaluated with copper coin wiring boards and confirmed their effectiveness in heat dissipation measures. Others - Various simulations such as plane resonance analysis and power integrity analysis (PI) are possible.
